About the Role
Site Supervisors are responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction or project sites, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. They coordinate teams, manage resources, and act as the primary point of contact for workers and management.
Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction or site management roles.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Other Requirements:
Certification in OSHA safety standards (e.g., OSHA 30) is highly preferred.
Ability to work long hours and manage physical demands of being on-site.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
