About the Role

Requirements
Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (if required for the specialty).
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (if working in pediatrics).
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare regulations.
