Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
