Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Technical certification or vocational training in machine operation or a related field preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience operating industrial machinery preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting machinery.
Strong understanding of mechanical and technical processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and equipment manuals.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
Other Requirements:
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in manufacturing environments.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime, as needed.
Willingness to learn new machinery and processes as required.
