About the Role

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Install new HVAC units and related equipment.
- Test systems for efficiency and safety.
- Maintain service records.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC training program required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with HVAC systems.
Skills:
Knowledge of HVAC installation, diagnostics, and repair.
Familiarity with EPA regulations and refrigerant handling.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Other Requirements:
EPA Section 608 Certification.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
