Requirements

Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
Skills:
Basic understanding of construction site safety and tools.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Other Requirements:
Completion of OSHA 10-hour safety training preferred.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
